The depth and the subtle nature of the light really pull in the eye. My very first reaction was how soothing these colors in this arrangement feel. On my screen I see a wonderful use of something like blue-purple with a subtle variation of it as shade on the building. Unexpected colors, harmoniously chosen, wrap the viewer in a special emotion, one of your “ahhhhhs”.
It’s always fascinating with color how the warms and cools interact together. Not always what you expect. But what you’re describing here is the effect I’m looking for. So thank you for commenting on it.
